Bavaria 46 is designed by the J &J design team. The wood work of the interior is brightly finished, and the open layout gives the feeling of being on a large yacht. The two panoramic windows on the deck and the six fixed hull windows also add to the light and brightness of the interior.

On the Bavaria 46 cruiser there are large U-shaped seats starboard with a separate double bench, and a galley which also has a U-shaped layout is directly opposite on port side.

The navigation station offers an ergonomic instrument panel, large chart table and storage for charts, instruments and books.
